I led the influencer unboxing program for The Last of Us Part II, owning strategy, creator selection, and execution from concept through launch.

I curated a limited run of 200 unboxing kits, overseeing box contents, creative direction, and narrative flow while managing influencer timelines, posting cadence, and approvals to ensure a cohesive, high-impact launch.

The result was a highly coordinated creator program that sparked organic fan excitement and reinforced the cultural impact of one of PlayStation’s most iconic franchises.
